1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to confirmation by our concierge team. A booking is not finalized until you receive written or telephone confirmation from Diplomat Rides.
2. Pricing & Payment
All rates are flat and inclusive of fuel, tolls, taxes, parking, and gratuity guidance. We accept all major credit cards, e-transfer, and corporate accounts. A 20% deposit may be required for tours, weddings, and Ultra-Luxury vehicle reservations.
3. Cancellation Policy
Airport transfers and hourly bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours prior to scheduled pickup. Private tours and wedding bookings require 72 hours' notice. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% charge; no-shows are charged in full.
4. Waiting Time
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your flight's actual landing. All other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting is charged in 15-minute increments at the prevailing hourly rate.
5. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any passenger whose conduct is unsafe, abusive, or in violation of Canadian law. Smoking and consumption of unauthorized substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
6. Liability
Diplomat Rides maintains $5,000,000 commercial liability insurance. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the passenger. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or other circumstances outside our control.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
